Best place to buy a car, I almost drove to every Toyota dealer around the area and I didn’t have good experience especially Toyota of Steven creek I would avoid that dealer at any cost, unprofessional sales people pushing you and showing you what they want to sell and not what are you looking for. My whole experience changed once I made it to Toyota Sunnyvale were I got greeted by Ahmed and I explained what I’m looking for. Ahmed took every single step to help, we found the right car and his manager got me better interest rates on new vehicles than what I got offered by my bank. James Tran provided a five-star car buying experience. He stands out because he is genuinely attentive to his clients' needs. He was very detailed in walking me through the vehicles I was interested in and remained straightforward throughout the negotiation and paperwork process. It’s rare to find someone so easy to work with. I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family to him.

In the Afternoon we had went to Golden One Credit Union Bank in Salinas Ca, and applied online for vehicle loan while driving to Toyota Sunnyvale Center upon arriving an hour and a half later my son received an email that his loan was approved credit. I and my wife were so excited watching him negotiate with a gentleman Mr JJ he received a great price he then contacted the insurance company GEICO established full coverage insurance for six months before leaving took some pictures and now he is a proud owner of a Toyota Corolla SE 2026. I enjoyed watching the negotiation between my son with the salesman Mr JJ it was priceless to to see. My wife & I have been in the Toyota family for over 27 years and have purchased now the fifth vehicle…. three of our vehicles are through Toyota finance department. My wife wanted a new Camry and I saw the Camry Le in Sacramento was going for a minimum of 34,000.00. I did a search and saw a beautiful new 2026 Ocean Gem Camry Le selling in Sunnyvale for 29,000.00. I talked to James Tran and asked him to hold the car for me and I would drive there right now. James held the car for 2 1/2 hours. I arrived there and we negotiated with each other. He gave me substantial discounts on a 10 year powertrain warranty, and a 5 year maintenance contract. He also gave me 9,000.00 on my 2015 Camry Le. I also saved well over 7,000.00 over the pricing I would have negotiated for in Sacramento. James is an honest man. He didn't do the bait and switch routine, and he was true to his word when someone wanted the car, he held it for me. I believe James gave me every price cut he possibly could. If you want a truly honest deal, go see James Tran at Toyota Sunnyvale. I love our new car and will not pay a dime for 10 years for any repair or maintenance. Woohoo!

Osvaldo in parts was super helpful and professional, he found the wheel lock key I needed right away and for $12 less than Toyota of Palo Alto. The dealership floor was super inviting with a good waiting area for service. This will be the place I take my 2006 sequoia for its 270K service soon

The team at Toyota Sunnyvale are very professional and helped make my first time financing a car a seamless process.
