I want to give a shoutout to Ateeq for helping me get my CH-R! He was very personable and professional through the entirety of signing off and getting my car. He answered all my questions and went above to help me confirm my choice. Some excellent examples include but not limited to — bringing a different color just to see if I would change my mind (even if it meant he had to cross the street), ensuring we had water, checking in with us to make sure we were doing well, and providing thorough answers. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions, and it was easy to establish a solid rapport. Management should do everything they can to make sure Ateeq stays at Toyota Sunnyvale. I, along with my partner, will definitely be coming back to Ateeq should we get another Toyota car. Thanks for your help, Ateeq!

I came here with my friend who was ready to buy a new Prius. We had the BEST experienced with James Tran. He is amazing, and I would absolutely buy a car from him again!! We actually were getting the run-around at a different Toyota dealership (they sold the car while we were looking at it!) so I called and asked if the model we wanted was in stock. James said yes and promised to hold the car for us. He was true to his word. And really nice and fair when it came to negotiations and valuation of the trade-in. Plus, he's just honest and up front and funny. It did take a while for all the paperwork, of course, but he made it so pleasant. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I bought a car here for the first time, and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I came in on a Saturday already knowing which car I wanted, and I was able to set up an appointment for Sunday with James Tran to see it. James was courteous, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. Since I was a bit nervous, he test drove the car for me and thoroughly explained all of its features and functionalities. He patiently guided my mom and me through the paperwork and answered every question we had. No markups, no upselling, no funny business. I have social anxiety, so the fact that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process says a lot about James and the way he treats his customers. Kevin Vo and Mai Nguyen were also incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when assisting us with the financial and technical aspects of the purchase. I also loved that the team hyped me up about my purchase afterward by congratulating me and admiring the car lol! Thank you so much, Toyota Sunnyvale, for making my first car-buying experience such a wonderful one!

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Most of the work was done before I stepped foot into the dealership. Great communication throughout the 2 months I waited while my car was being built. Up front and clear pricing without bogus fees. They gave me a great price on my trade in (really surprised how much I got). I was in and out in two hours in a busy busy day when they had received a huge shipment of cars. Huge thanks to Astraea who made the whole experience great.

I am the absolute opposite of a techy. Yesterday the screen in my Corolla Cross hybrid decided to change its entire appearance and functionality. Without an appointment, I parked in the lot and approached the entrance to the sales dept. Four young people were standing there and one of them asked if she could help. I replied "Yes, I need some tech help". The other three disappeared and Jasmine asked some questions and said she wasn't sure if she could help, but would give it a try. I have no idea what she did or how she did it, but everything is now back to normal. That "will help" attitude is to be commended. It is part of the reason that I've been going there for over 21 years.

I had a very positive experience with Toyota Sunnyvale. I would like to specifically thank Celine for her excellent service. She kept me updated throughout the repair process, communicated clearly and promptly, helped coordinate my rental car, and handled the warranty claim smoothly. The entire process, from diagnosis to pickup, was straightforward and stress-free. I also greatly appreciated that the diagnostic fee was waived once the repair was covered under warranty. Before coming to Toyota Sunnyvale, I had contacted another Toyota dealership and was told that I would likely still be charged a diagnostic fee even if the repair ended up being covered. Because of that, I especially appreciated Toyota Sunnyvale’s customer-focused approach. I would also like to thank my technician, René, for his professionalism and quality workmanship. My vehicle was repaired successfully, and I felt confident that it was being carefully diagnosed and repaired. One piece of feedback for management: I did feel there was a strong emphasis on discussing additional maintenance packages and services. I understand this may be part of the dealership’s process, and this is not a criticism of Celine, who was professional and helpful throughout. However, I believe a less sales-focused approach would make an already excellent service experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to return in the future.

You had every opportunity to take the easy, less-honest route, and instead you chose to be straightforward and transparent, and honest.
