The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Most of the work was done before I stepped foot into the dealership. Great communication throughout the 2 months I waited while my car was being built. Up front and clear pricing without bogus fees. They gave me a great price on my trade in (really surprised how much I got). I was in and out in two hours in a busy busy day when they had received a huge shipment of cars. Huge thanks to Astraea who made the whole experience great.

I want to give a shoutout to Ateeq for helping me get my CH-R! He was very personable and professional through the entirety of signing off and getting my car. He answered all my questions and went above to help me confirm my choice. Some excellent examples include but not limited to — bringing a different color just to see if I would change my mind (even if it meant he had to cross the street), ensuring we had water, checking in with us to make sure we were doing well, and providing thorough answers. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions, and it was easy to establish a solid rapport. Management should do everything they can to make sure Ateeq stays at Toyota Sunnyvale. I had a great experience at Toyota Sunnyvale! My sales associate, Nathan Lee, was very easy to work with. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I met him for the first time when I came in for a test drive. I was undecided at first about what kind of car I wanted. Without any pressure, he simply explained the different models and trims and took me to test drive them. By then I knew which car I wanted. I decided to purchase with Toyota Sunnyvale because the prices were relatively reasonable when compared to other dealerships. When I came back in to make the purchase, the process was very simple and hassle free. My only one criticism was that processing all the paperwork took little longer than expected. It took about 3.5 hours. Nonetheless, that was not a huge deal, and overall I was very happy with the experience! Simple, straightforward, no aggressive sales tactics, and easy-to-work-with staff. So far, I have been loving my new 2026 Toyota Camry SE! And I recommend Nathan Lee as your car salesman!

Smooth process for buying first new car with Nobu. Amazing service and professionalism that couldn't be done anywhere else in the Bay Area. Nobu was very accommodating and patient in providing a specific exterior and interior color for a new model car I wanted. During the process Nobu was very realistic that the color I wanted is unlikely to come in a short amount of time and showed me other options. I understood and let him know I was willing to wait. Months later when I was thinking about different options, the car came into inventory and Nobu contacted me. When the car came in the process was professional and smooth.

Had second thoughts during the process of finding a new car, but my experience at Toyota Sunnyvale went well. I tend to have second thoughts, but JJ Shehadeh was very helpful and flexible when it came to customer service, showing us different cars, and giving us time to make decisions. I purchased the Toyota Corolla which meets my needs where I am satisfied with my time.
