I had an awesome experience buying my new RAV4 from Lorenzo at Toyota Sunnyvale! Toyota has been in my family for a long time. My dad bought a Toyota over 20 years ago and kept it for more than two decades before eventually buying a Toyota truck. After seeing how reliable his vehicles have been, I finally decided it was my turn to go with Toyota. I knew exactly what I wanted a fully blacked-out RAV4. I put down my deposit, waited about a month for it to arrive, and Lorenzo made the entire process incredibly easy. When the car came in, everything was already taken care of. I basically just showed up, signed the paperwork, and was on my way. I was only at the dealership for a little over an hour, which was honestly amazing for buying a new car. No spending half the day at the dealership, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no pressure. It was quick, painless, and seamless from start to finish. Before I left, Lorenzo took the time to walk me through the RAV4, explain all the features, help me get familiar with everything, and make sure I was completely comfortable with the car.
