Efficient service, easy to schedule, quick turnaround. Service person, Lou, was not pushy about performing extra services but did inform me of them. I chose to have my tires aligned as an extra service.

It was clear that he was committed to ensuring that I had the best experience possible with his clear communication, transparent explanation of the price breakdown and fees, and giving recommendations but not trying to force them onto me. I really appreciated how he came in on a day he was not working to let me drive home w the car and also how he referred me to a car insurance agent he knew, whom I ultimately went with as they gave me the best quote out of all I have tried. Martin went well beyond my expectations!
As soon as I expressed interest on a vehicle on the lot through my internet search, I received no less than four replies from the dealership (one from a bot). Their manager said that after surveying prices on similar vehicles within the area, they establish their non-negotiable competitive price (lowest); their website is easy to navigate whether I wanted to check Carfax records, trade-in values, or confirm availability. While I was at the dealership, I was treated with respect and hospitality and I was in/out within two hours with a new car (to me)
Service done to my car was fine, personnels who helped us were commendable and we got our car the exact time they promised.

No markup philosophy and customer centric approach - meaning your sales team dont push things customers dont want / need and are focused on delivering what the customers actually want.
I liked the fact that there was only one person that I had to deal with at the time of purchase. There was no number crunching and going back to the manager or finance to see if the number works out or not. The little booths with the big monitors are helpful, to see what the salesperson was explaining the breakdown of the costs and what the dealership was offering.
