  TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTALS ARE AS 
  FOLLOWS:

  To rent a vehicle from Toyota Sunnyvale you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have proof of full coverage insurance
  • Hold a valid California Driver's License
  • Present a Visa/MasterCard or American Express credit card for deposit
  • Return with the same amount of gas as when you picked up or pay $6.00/gallon refueling cost
